Tea-Time

We are having a very, very wet period of weather here in the region, with no let-up for a few days. Localised flooding has closed roads and some homes have had to be evacuated. We are all a little bit anxious when we get such rains after last years terrible floods. Fortunately there isn't anything like that expected. So, a quiet, restful day today, with plenty of time for tea!

Hi Al, thanks for stopping by in Perth. I can see why the weather would be making you a bit anxious. I know Australia is a huge continent but it always amazes me that we can have such extremes in weather. As for a cup of tea, well it's 40C here today, but do you think that's going to stop me having a lifesaving cuppa, no way!

These cups are exquisite and certainly there will be enough for all of us! Tea should definitely be enjoyed in the elegance of cups such as these and in the company of friends.

Looks like we have both!

If you were closer it would be great to catch up for a refreshing cuppa.

Give me a chance to do some baking and then come for a cuppa!

Sharing time with friends over a drink with some home baking, is always very good!
