I don't know if the stall-holder sold any more eggs, but his sign gave everyone a giggle. Happy Friday and end of the week!

Defiance!

I always like it when there are specific signs and somebody decides to ignore the rules. What I like better is when someone else comes along and copies the other person...just like the bikes chained to the poles with the warning NOT to chain them in this area!

Capricorn

This very unassuming sign, almost hidden in the bushes at Longreach in Central Queensland shows where the Tropic of Capricorn passes through, dividing the two zones. Longreach is the largest town in the central west of Queensland, with a population of about 4000.

Crossing The Line

Oh, how different it was in days gone by when it was permissible to smoke on public transport. This sign is on one of the trams at the Brisbane Tramway Museum. With such small compartments inside the trams I would imagine that everyone on the 'other' side of the line would also be exposed. Some things from the past weren't so good after all!

Don't Do It!

I suppose if you're going to be told not to do something, at least it can be made fun. Looking at the marks on it, I have an inkling that there has been some defiance of the sign.

Choc' Fix!

I think this will strike a chord with some of you who love chocolate and can't always get it when you need it! I rather like the 'ish' opening hours. Have a  great weekend.

Actually this small area was having some work done along the coast so thankfully, normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!

Take-it-Away!

I'm not one to enjoy pre-digested burgers, recycled fish and chips, or leftover salad! However, they did do a very, very good chocolate thick shake!
